Cali IPA

A balanced West Coast style I.P.A. The flavor starts with a subtle caramel maltiness then transitions into the rich flavors and aromas of American and German hops. After fermentation, this beer is dry-hopped and aged with specialty hops in order to give this I.P.A its slight citrus background. (This beer uses our brewer’s hops when they are in season).

Extra Pale Ale

Light copper colored beer, this house beer is balanced with both light body and bitterness. The use of several American hops give this ale pronounced floral attributes and dry-hopped with millennium and centennial hop varieties..
